John Parker was pulpit minister for the Mt. Juliet church from January - August 1999. John was educated at Freed-Hardeman (M.A.), Lipscomb (B.A.), Harding (M.A.R.) and UT (M.A. and Ph.d). He has preached for several churches in Tennessee. He has written several articles which have been published in religious journals. He served on the faculty at Freed-Hardeman and Lipscomb Universities. He and his wife Jill live in Nashville and have two children. His personal webpage can be found here.
