Falling Down

by John Thomas

In the movie such entitled, we see the picture of a man who is tired of the hustlebustle frustration of everyday life and he goes ballistic on everything and everybody around him. So suited is the title of this movie. He is totally "out of control". So is the picture of man in sin. When he is fallen, it is because he is out of control.. God's control! It is not that God demands control of our lives, but rather he wants us to give that control to him, so that we can be his children. Then and only then are we heirs to the Father's promise. Being out of control is never good because that is when we get hurt. Think about it. Here are some examples of being out of control: A car when on ice, Falling out of a tree or from a ladger, Someone high on drugs or alcohol (if there is any difference), A wild horse, a fire, A gunman, A student A team member, A family member, A society, A government official, A goverll!Pent, A tongue, I think you get the point. None of these things are good when they are out of control!
Neither is a life without God!
