Albert England has been a part of the Mount Juliet family for 35 years, and has served as an elder for 28 years. He and May Ola came to Mt. Juliet in 1972. He has been retired 4 years after working for 40 years with Franklin Brick, while his wife May Ola is retired as a Teacher’s Aide at Lakeview Elementary. He was born and raised in Horse Cave, Kentucky, and attended college at Freed-Hardeman and Lipscomb. He was stationed in San Antonio, Texas for military service. He and his family lived in Nashville and worshipped with the Una congregation before coming to Mt. Juliet. He and May Ola have three children: Kerry, who is married to Beverly and lives in KY., Janice, who is married to James Beckham and worships here, and Judy, who is married to John Bentley and lives in Jackson, TN. Albert and May Ola have nine grandchildren. His goals for our church family are, “That we will each grow in our love for God and each other, that each of us will remain true and faithful to the Word, and that we live our lives worshipping and serving Him, as well as reaching out not only to the community, but also to the world.” |
