Outreach Reorganization Lunch

On Sunday, July 12th, our Outreach Ministry will be hosting another "Outreach Reorganization" dinner. Groups are shuffled a couple of times a year, giving members a great opportunity to get to serve with a different outreach group of people.If you have never been a part of an Outreach group before, this would be a great opportunity to join this great ministry.

One of the challenges of being a large congregation is that it can be very easy to feel as if you're disconnected and just another face in the crowd. The Outreach ministry definitely helps alleviate those feelings. Each group meets once a month, shares a meal, and writes notes of encouragement to MJ church family members who are sick or shut in, as well as warm, friendly notes to guests who may have been in attendance that day. If you can eat, talk, and write, this is a ministry you and your family need to join!
