Widows Support Group

This support group is for anyone that is widowed.

We have arranged to use the Mt. Juliet church of Christ building on the 4th Tuesday of each month for our Support Group.

We are very excited that Bud Lambert has agreed to facilitate the Support Group from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

We want each meeting to be enjoyable as well as therapeutic. Bud will stimulate the discussion and participants will have an opportunity to share experiences with the group if they feel comfortable in doing so. If there are questions that may be on your mind or be troubling you, you will be given opportunity to inquire of Bud and the group. Each session will also contain educational material.

Above all the atmosphere will be "supportive." Everyone participating will be dealing with similar issues. Each will be experiencing the same problems and frustrations. Therefore, everyone should feel comfortable that you will be in the company of peers sharing experiences to which everyone present can relate.

Widows are encouraged to set these Tuesday evenings aside and plan on attending each month.
